This is an event series that supports our mission to communicate what we stand for, “being the brand we want to see”, starting off with mapping the landscape of challenges, and beyond that host three workshops on respective sub-topics with in-depth coverage in interactive sessions, and some breakfast seminars on even more hands-on, doable, detailed levels, locally in Norrköping, Sweden.

Speakers for the big events May 5 and 29 are, besides the host (me, Anders Abrahamsson, CXO, Chief Explorative Officer, Ignition Communications), also Richard Gatarski (social media and marketing expert), Teo Härén (here-working, innovation and creativity advocacy and speaker) and Thomas Gad/Anette Rosencreutz (branding strategists, speaking about Personal Branding). Note that they are offering franchising, and thus can be a global competitor and good alternative to other fast food restaurants! I have tested their wraps in different flavours, and also their burger – it is so good and tasty! They are also underway with pre-made food through the big retail chains in Sweden, “make-your-lunch-in-you-break-room-in-the-microwave-at-work” concept. Thirdly, their products are offered also through catering and wholesale market to other restaurants and schools. Products have been undergoing more than 12 years of product development!

They are a part of what has been called the LOHAS market – Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability. A market whose segments are prospected immense growth and the turnaround in US only estimated to $229 billion, where Food&Beverage and the rest of the healthy lifestyle sub-segment turnaround is estimated $30 billion. The consumers are e. g. defined as “cultural creatives” in the Paul Ray vocabulary, around 50 millions in US only, and around 80 to 90 millions in EU.
