Read about the restaurants, the products, more about the company and their notes on health.
Note that they are offering franchising, and thus can be a global competitor and good alternative to other fast food restaurants! I have tested their wraps in different flavours, and also their burger – it is so good and tasty! They are also underway with pre-made food through the big retail chains in Sweden, “make-your-lunch-in-you-break-room-in-the-microwave-at-work” concept. Thirdly, their products are offered also through catering and wholesale market to other restaurants and schools. Products have been undergoing more than 12 years of product development!
They are a part of what has been called the LOHAS market – Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability. A market whose segments are prospected immense growth and the turnaround in US only estimated to $229 billion, where Food&Beverage and the rest of the healthy lifestyle sub-segment turnaround is estimated $30 billion. The consumers are e. g. defined as “cultural creatives” in the Paul Ray vocabulary, around 50 millions in US only, and around 80 to 90 millions in EU.
Also, read more about the Slow Food movement and its principles through its philosphy and its manifesto.
We found each other at a networking event in December in Stockholm, in the network “Entreprenörskap och Miljö” – “entrepreneurship and the environment”.
We warmly welcome Green n’Lean as one of our pioneering clients!
